I did not have a good experience and it's disappointing especially after reading all of the positive experiences other patrons have had. I will start with the one positive-the chicken had good flavor. I went on a Thursday during lunch with my boss, it was slow. There is no reason to wait an hour for a piece of chicken and broccoli . The food was barley warm when it arrived at our table so it had obviously been sitting out somewhere for a bit. The presentation was ugly, the cooks spent more time out of the kitchen wandering the dining room than actually in the kitchen. The decor is mismatched and busy looking. The server was nice but he was also bar-tending and we didn't see much of him. I will not be going back to Holidaze anytime soon nor will I refer anyone there. It's gone down hill from what it used to be.

Fresh perfectly cooked food, chicken parm with spaghetti and potato skins stood out. Clean with friendly attentive staff. Lots of regulars, and for good reason too. This place was excellent and I look forward to becoming a regular too.

Under new management really changed this whole place up and it shows! I got the spaghetti and it's some or the best I've ever had. Esp in Hobbs. Com here for smiling faces great BBQ on Thursday Friday and Saturday. Get here early to get the half rack of ribs they are huge!

First time here but have to say the food was excellent. The service could have been a little better but over all a great experience. Would suggest it to my friends! 2nd visit: be aware that they charge you for people over 6. My family is large and we always tip big, if the service is good. They forced gratuity on us and she got a smaller tip because no one should force anyone to pay a tip. That should be for good service only! So her tip dropped from 100 dollars to like 40. Still excellent food but the service could get a little better. I love the atmosphere though.
